Editing Production Title

We decided to scan the orginal drawing of our production title because we wanted the style wrting to be exactly the way we imagined it to appeal to our audience. This is the production title before we edited it.

However we decided that we wanted the colours to be reversed so that the background is black and the writing white. the reason why we decided to do this is because when we researched into the Production Company's, the titles for company's such as Miramax has the same similar colour pattern.

I started by opening the file into Photoshop because i knew that with this programme I would get the best results.

However i wanted to start by simply inverting the colours, i tried to find this control on photoshop which i couldn't find. Then i rembered seeing this control on the programme paint, so i then opened this document in panit and found the control 'Invert Color'.

This is what the production title looked like afterwards.

I then went over the text with a white colour to make it bolder against the black background. I then removed the lines that i orginally drew and went in the the line tool and drew to sharper lines to make it look more professional.
